Spring in finally here and it’s perfect time to visit Italy, streets can be really crowded in summer time, specially in August. This time me and my girlfriend decided to visit Verona, city is known as one of the world’s most romantic cities and while Juliet’s balcony turned out to be a little too touristy for me, all the other little details of the city completely won me over.
Rub the bronze breast of the Juliet statue in the fair city of Verona, Italy, and your luck with love will turn around, the legend goes.
During our trip, we went to lunch in restaurant located on the Piazza Bra ( main city square) just couple steps away from the Verona Arena, originally an amphitheatre built nearly 2000 years ago, is now a world-famous music venue with regular operatic and contemporary music performances.
Have you been in Verona? How was it? Or do you have any other thoughts to share? Please use the comments to let me know! Thanks for reading.
