It’s almost that time of year! You know, when the seasons start changing from summer to fall. Living in the city often switches my thoughts to the sea and summer.
I love sailing and strolling around the Marina so much that I think one day, I need to own a boat.
The sea really calms me and makes me feel at peace. This is the reason that I am very excited to share with you, unique & handmade PHREPS bracelet with nautical symbols, made in Germany from bonded leather with stainless steel – ion plated gold, which therefore offers longevity and is the perfect finishing touch to any maritime or Riviera-inspired outfit.
The nautical aesthetic has cemented itself within the very core of men’s fashion, so it comes as no surprise that this influence has been applied to accessory in the last few years. I believe that a bracelet is a versatile accessory that reflects your personality, sets you apart and brings out the colors or symbols in your outfits. If you have never tried them before, leather or steel/metal bracelets will set you apart as a cultured man who is not afraid to experiment with his personal style.
A Few Guidelines for Mans Wrist wear
- Your bracelet does not have to match your watch– However, make sure it doesn’t overpower it!
- Choosing a wrist to wear the bracelet – While there is no rule about which wrist to wear a bracelet, they are traditionally worn on your dominant hand’s wrist. I would say It is best to wear it on the wrist opposite your watch.
- Aim for balance if wearing multiple wrist accessory or bracelets – Counterbalance dark coloured outfits with lighter coloured accessory. In case of wearing multiple bracelets, Mix a lighter and brighter bracelets with a metal symbols or details.
- Ensure your accessory suits the occasion – If you’re heading to a Birth day party, cinema or sport game with your friends, five bracelets with a sports or casual outfit with jeans are fine. If you’re heading to a business meeting, you might want to tone it down with just one subtle piece of wrist wear.
I hope you had a great summer!
